Orders and Shipping

The turn around time for each item varies.  Please see the product page for details. 

You can update your address on the “My Account” page.  If you need to update your address on an existing order, please contact us at Wecare@needpens.com 

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, navigate to the “My Account” page where you will find detailed information and tracking updates for your order.

At this time, we only charge sales tax on orders shipped to Florida. If you are shipping to an address in Florida, the applicable sales tax will be added to your order total during checkout.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we are continually exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping services to other locations in the future. Please stay tuned for updates, and thank you for your understanding and your interest in our products!

Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. We do this to ensure that your items are protected and arrive in the best condition. You will receive tracking information for each package if your order is split.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

All custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.  These items are custom printed specific to you and can not be used otherwise. 

In the event you received the wrong order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will correct the mistake and make sure the correct order is received.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a detailed description and photo of the defect or damage. We will review your request and arrange for a resolution as quickly as possible.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are put into production.  Once in production, orders can not be updated or cancelled.  Please contact us at wecare@needpens.com
